You’ll receive online forms to complete in your own time. These help to screen for ADHD, Autism, or co-occurring conditions.
Attend Your First Appointment
We’ll take a full clinical history and discuss your online screening results (emailed out to you pre-appointment).
Assessment Planning
Based on your clinical history and questionnaire data, we’ll confirm the number of additional assessment sessions required.
Complete Further Questionnaires
Additional questionnaires will be provided. These support the next stages of your assessment and help tailor your diagnostic report.
Final Appointment
This is your feedback session. You’ll also receive your full report with results, diagnosis (if applicable), strengths and personalised support recommendations.
